Windows Media Player
Windows Media Player is already included in most versions of Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and it is therefore not necessary to download the program. If you have difficulties playing the video, please try and download the newest version of Windows Media Player.
What does 50K and 200K mean? When Windows Media Player has been installed, you can choose the speed that accommodates your internet connection.
50K, 200K, etc. Depends on the speed of the video. The higher the Kbit, the better the quality and speed. But if you experience any problems when using 200K, try and use a slower version such as 50K. if your company has an internet connection via cable, ask the person responsible for IT about the speed.
Slow computer If you have problems playing the video using the 200K version even though you have a cable connection, the reason can be your computer. If so, try using the slower 50K version.
